 Chen Yanyan: Vice Dean, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of School of Urban Transport, Beijing University of Technology; director of Traffic Branch, China Highway & Transportation Society, director of China Youth Communications and Transportation Association, director of China Society of Logistics, director of Beijing Association of City Planning and director of Developing Countries Branch of U.S. Transportation Research Board; elected as candidate for New Century National Hundred, Thousand and Ten-thousand Talent Project and Beijing Municipal New Star of Science and Technology; engaged, for years, in research on traffic planning and management, intelligent traffic, traffic simulation, traffic policy and traffic energy-saving and emission reduction; undertaking successively the projects under the National 973 Program, 864 Program and MOST “11^th Five-year Support Program” and supported by National Natural Science Foundation.
