The book emphatically explores how to promote the traffic benefits and safety of the existing road transport facilities by adopting scientifically different traffic governance measures of traffic management and control. The book includes two parts: traffic management and traffic control, in sixteen chapters, to introduce about the contents and facilities of traffic management and principles, technologies and equipment of traffic control. 
