Mao Wenbi, senior engineer, successively holding the posts of deputy division director (scientific research) and deputy head of Research Institute of Highway, Ministry of Transport; Research Institute of Science and Technology Information, Ministry of Transport; President of China Academy of Transportation. He is deputy director of Information Committee of China Communications and Transport Association, and executive director-general of Environment and Sustainable Development Branch of China Highway and Transportation Society.
