Thesuccessful construction of the world’s largest span arch bridge, ChongqingChaotianmen Bridge in 2009 generated a major influence in the world, expandedfurther the space for the application of steel truss arch bridge, provided thetheoretical and practical basis for revision of the technical specificationsfor steel structure bridges and provided a successful example for the designand construction of the same bridges. The Book is compiled on the basis ofrelevant design, construction and experimental study data, mainly introducingsuch contents as construction planning of large span steel truss arch bridge,structural system and construction design, steel structure processing andmanufacturing, structure installation and control and other relevant completeconstruction technologies and relevant experiments and studies.
